"I had work done on my Volkswagen Jetta here and was very happy with the results. The water pump was leading engine coolant and they replaced it for a fraction of the cost that the VW dealership quoted me. They offer free loaner cars while your car is in the shop which was very convenient."

"I purchased a used luxury car a little over 3 months ago from Ianelli (October 2015). Chris is a great salesman. After having the car and driving it daily I love it. I couldn't have been happier with the purchase or the expierence, and I will be bringing the car back for all of it's maintenance.

Follow-up (May 2016): I took the car in for routine service, (summer tires, oil change...) I also had the wiper fluid pump replaced. Rob is great to deal with, I was able to set up and do everything via email from work. Responses were prompt. The work was done quick. Had the free loaner car for 24 hours exactly. When I picked up my car I noticed it had been washed. When I got home I noticed the lower body panels looked like someone took the time to buff them out and get all of the tar, and grime from this past winter off the body. Talk about going the extra mile with out being asked!"
